All Sales are final.
EXCHANGES and REFUNDS are only accepted if item(s) are manufactured defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pickleballerathletics.com.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@pickleballerathletics.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of items purchased on pickleballerathletics.com if they are requested within 21 days of the date your order was shipped.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Items marked as Final Sale or on sale at 50% off or over are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges or Returns for Store Credit are free!
Returns for the original form of payment will be subject to a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund:
$7.99 restocking fee when you return via pre-paid mailed label
$0 restocking fee for an exchange or a refund to a store credit
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
International customers will be required to provide return & exchange shipping fees. No return label is provided.

Because we do limited productions, we have to be very strict with products that come back to us and will not be able to accept products back that have been washed or have any odor (including but not limited to cigarette smoke, animal odor, detergent), stains, deodorant marks, hair, fabric tears, etc., so please be sure to inspect before you send back to us. Any product that does not meet these criteria will be shipped back to the customer at the expense of the customer.
How do I set up an Exchange or Return?
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
